Project Introduction

In 2018, our company successfully provided customized hotel furniture for Xichaihu Resort Hotel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Facing the unique challenges of high temperature and high humidity in coastal hotels, we achieved the project delivery through outstanding in-depth design, meticulous craftsmanship and professional cross-border installation, and became one of the exemplary overseas high-end resort projects of our company.

1. Drawing Confirmation: Professional Deepening, Establishing the Foundation

During the project initiation phase, the precise confirmation of the drawings is the key to success. After receiving the client's initial design intention, the technical team immediately initiated the deepening work. We fully considered the coastal climate characteristics of the hotel and focused on providing professional suggestions regarding the durability and moisture resistance of the furniture. For example, we mainly selected marine-grade plywood for outdoor furniture and wet area furniture. Within just a few weeks, we reached an agreement with the client on the complete technical drawings, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent efficient production.

2. Production Process: Craftsmanship, Quality Control

Based on the confirmed drawings, we initiated the lean production process. Considering the specific environment in Cambodia, we carefully selected materials: the core parts are made of marine plywood with excellent moisture-proof properties, and the solid wood materials have undergone strict drying treatment. During production, we strictly followed standardized operations and the full-process quality inspection system. From precise CNC cutting, seamless edge sealing, to multi-layer fine polishing and uniform coating, each process was strictly inspected by dedicated personnel. Ultimately, what we delivered was not just furniture, but reliable products that can withstand the test of time and environment.

3. Installation and After-sales Service: Perfect Implementation, Guaranteed Commitment

To ensure the successful completion of the project, we dispatched an experienced professional installation team to Cambodia for on-site work. The team worked closely with all parties involved in the project, overcoming the challenges of cross-border construction, and efficiently and orderly completed the installation and placement of all furniture. After the installation, we immediately carried out thorough cleaning and finished product protection to ensure the furniture was delivered in the best condition.
