We supplied 301 sets of high-quality hotel furniture, including beds, sofas, wardrobes, bedside cupboards, TV cabinets, chairs, and desks. Drawings Analysis
Before production began, our design team carefully analyzed the provided drawings and specifications for this project. Our team conducted an in-depth review of the space dimensions, furniture layout, and specific requirements to ensure the final design met the hotel’s luxury standards. This phase involved detailed communication with the client to confirm all design elements, including furniture style and functionality.
We also worked closely with the hotel’s interior designers to align the furniture design with the hotel’s aesthetic and operational goals. Understanding the needs of both the hotel staff and guests was essential in ensuring that the furniture would not only enhance the hotel's atmosphere but also provide comfort and efficiency in a high-traffic environment.
After receiving client feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the drawings and finalized the designs for production. The drawings were approved, marking the beginning of the production phase.

Production after Order Confirmation
Once the drawings were confirmed, we immediately moved forward with the production process. Each piece of furniture was crafted with precision, using advanced CNC machinery and skilled craftsmanship to ensure consistency and high-quality standards across all 301 sets. We used premium materials, such as solid wood and eco-friendly panels, to ensure durability and longevity, essential for high-use hotel environments.
Our team closely monitored the production schedule, ensuring that all pieces met the specified dimensions and design details. The production process was efficient, with quality control checks conducted at each stage to ensure that the furniture met both aesthetic and functional standards.
We also provided the client with regular updates during the production phase, ensuring they were aware of the progress and confirming that the project was on track to meet the agreed-upon delivery timeline.

Packaging and Delivery
When the production phase was completed, we carefully packed the furniture to ensure it would arrive in a perfect condition. Each piece was securely wrapped using moisture-resistant materials to protect the furniture during transit. We reinforced the packaging to prevent any damage to the furniture and ensured that everything was properly labeled for efficient unloading and installation.
We coordinated closely with local shipping partners to guarantee timely delivery to the hotel’s location in Guangzhou. Starjoy’s logistics team worked hand-in-hand with the hotel’s management to schedule the delivery so it aligned seamlessly with the hotel’s renovation and opening timeline. This ensured that the furniture arrived at the right time and was ready for installation without delays.
