After accepting an order, we will hold a meeting deciding the workload, the required time, and the designer who is needed to join the group.
2. Design task assignment.
Classified by movable furniture and built-in furniture, sometimes by different layers and different areas, we will make sure the design task is assigned to the most suitable designer who can complete the design efficiently.
3. Furniture drawing optimization.
The proposal of design company is always very beautiful, they will focus on the physical proportion and aesthetic feeling. For us, we will consider more on safety, stability, ergonomics, use of materials, and progressiveness of technology and etc, and most of the time, we need to deliberate on the practice and communicate with designer, owner and production department to make a satisfied proposal for all parties.
4. Furniture drawing refine.
After communicating with designer, owner and production departments and getting a satisfied proposal for all parties, our deepening drawing need to be refine enough for production department to start manufacturing, which requiring we need to draw very specified production details, mark clearly the requirements and reduce chance of unsolved problem occurred.
5. Confirmation of deepening drawing by designer and owner.
The final drawing will be subjected to designer and owner’s signature as final confirmation.
6. Distribution of drawing to production department.
The workshop needs to hold a kickoff meeting before production to communicate technical details and schedule requirements, determine important time nodes, and ensure transparency and controllability of the production process.
